Confidence & Creativity Club
A Saturday Self-Esteem Workshop for Middle Schoolers
What if confidence didn’t come from being “perfect”… but from being yourself?
In this fun, hands-on art workshop, middle schoolers will explore creativity as a way to build confidence, express emotions, and connect with others. Through guided art activities (no experience needed!), participants will get to experiment, play, and create in a space where there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to make art.
Together, we’ll:
Turn down the inner critic
Explore what makes each person unique
Build confidence through creative expression
Connect with others in a supportive, judgment-free space
This group is perfect for kids who are:
Hard on themselves
Feeling a little shy or unsure
Navigating friendships or identity
Or just love art and want a space to create freely
All supplies included—just bring yourself!
Give your child a space where they don’t have to perform or “have it all together”—just create, connect, and be themselves.
This is a therapeutic, creativity-based experience designed to help your child build confidence, feel seen, and leave with a stronger sense of self.
Spots are intentionally limited to 8 participants to ensure a supportive, personalized experience.
This group is facilitated by Board-certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, Jaclyn Lenz, LPC-S, ATR-BC.
