Love in Full Bloom: A 'Mom & Me' Paper-Flower Making Workshop
Looking for something meaningful to do this Mother’s Day? Bring your child (or children!) to Love in Full Bloom, a playful and heartwarming workshop where kids decorate paper with paint markers and brushes, then adults help turn their artwork into gorgeous paper flowers.
It’s art, bonding, laughter, and memories all wrapped into one sweet bouquet.

Beyond Words - A Women’s Group for Grief Support
A nurturing 6-week group series for women designed to support healing from grief and loss through creativity, somatic practices, and meaningful connection, where healing unfolds through art, presence, and shared experience.
Clinical Supervision Group with a Creative Flare (for LPCA or ATRP)
A 3-hour monthly group supervision (for LPCA or ATRP) integrating clinical consultation and expressive arts. Attend as needed or regularly each month, while building skills, gaining supervision hours, and engaging in collaborative, reflective practice. Students and interns also welcome.
Confidence & Creativity Club (for Middle Schoolers)
Thisart therapy workshop designed to support middle schoolers in building self-esteem, expressing themselves, and connecting with others in a safe, supportive environment. Using creativity as a therapeutic tool, youth will be guided through meaningful art-based activities that encourage self-expression, identity exploration, and more compassionate self-talk. This group is especially helpful for kids who may be feeling insecure, self-critical, or navigating the social and emotional challenges of middle school.

This 90-minute interactive workshop helps men build practical active listening skills they can use in everyday conversations. Participants will learn how to move beyond the “fix-it” reflex, better understand what others are really communicating, and respond in ways that help people feel heard and respected. The workshop focuses on real-life communication tools, guided practice, and small-group discussion—no lectures, just skills you can actually use.

Blossoming Intentions: A Paper-Flower Making Workshop
Join us for a creative spring workshop where art and reflection come together. You will be guided through meaningful prompts to write intentions, hopes, or affirmations onto paper and then learning how to transform them into beautiful handcrafted flowers! As the paper folds and blooms, your words become part of the artwork, subtly hidden within the petals as symbols of renewal and growth. No art experience is needed, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to create!
Confidence & Creativity Club (for Middle Schoolers)
Confidence & Creativity Club is a one-time, art therapy workshop designed to support middle schoolers in building self-esteem, expressing themselves, and connecting with others in a safe, supportive environment. This is an emotional processing group for youth of all ages. Group members will learn how to communicate and work through difficult emotions through a combination of somatic movement, music therapy techniques, and expressive art. If your young one is energetic, creative, and could use a playful emotional outlet, this group would be a unique, enjoyable and beneficial opportunity!
Finding Gratitude: Poetry & Collage Art Therapy Workshop

The Silent Treatment: Creative Communication Skills Group (for Youth)
Sometimes words fail us. This creative communication group will teach our young ones alternative ways to communicate their thoughts and emotions when they just can't seem to find the right words. In this group art therapy workshop, youth we will explore visual symbolism, movement, writing, and body language as productive ways of expression. The expressive arts have the ability to help us move beyond language. All supplies included.

Nature Mandala: Art Therapy Workshop
In this immersive 3-hour art therapy workshop, we’ll begin with a guided meditation on the turning of the seasons—an invitation to honor cycles of change, growth, and release. Then we’ll take a short, mindful walk outdoors to gather natural materials—fallen leaves, seeds, petals, twigs—gifts from the world around us. Back in the studio, you’ll create a personal mandala on a wooden plaque, arranging found and dried botanicals into a design that reflects your inner landscape.
