Make Bad Art for a Good Time - Art Therapy Workshop for Adults
Art Therapist Courtney Chandler is offering this 90-minute joy-fueled art therapy workshop for anyone craving playful, messy, judgment-free creativity. Nature Mandala: Art Therapy Workshop
In this immersive 3-hour art therapy workshop, we’ll begin with a guided meditation on the turning of the seasons—an invitation to honor cycles of change, growth, and release. Then we’ll take a short, mindful walk outdoors to gather natural materials—fallen leaves, seeds, petals, twigs—gifts from the world around us. Back in the studio, you’ll create a personal mandala on a wooden plaque, arranging found and dried botanicals into a design that reflects your inner landscape.

Luminarty: A Creative Light for Grief
Join us for this three-hour workshop where art-making, somatic therapy, and reflection come together to illuminate new pathways for inner healing. Through intuitive creative expression, this workshop will hold space for both the pain of loss and the light that remains.

Join art therapist Courtney Chandler for this interactive art therapy workshop where you'll take your own journey into the labyrinth—a tactile tool for meditation, contemplation, somatic awareness, and mindfulness. You’ll learn and explore the concepts of the labyrinth archetype and how it is a framework for reflecting on your life’s journey. You’ll create your very own handheld labyrinth using mixed-media art materials.

Beauty in the Broken: Kintsugi Workshop
Kintsugi is a Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics using gold that serves as a metaphor to highlight the beauty that exists within imperfections.
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the art of kintsugi and have an opportunity to transform the imperfect — what appears broken and damaged — to a beautiful work of art, and have opportunity for self-reflection through guided meditation and journaling prompts to accompany your creative process.

Introduction to Somatic Therapy: Embodied Healing for Nervous System Regulation
Somatic therapybridges the gap between insight and embodied healing, helping you regulate your nervous system and restore a sense of safety and easethat you can feel.
