Nature Mandala: Art Therapy Workshop

Feeling scattered, tired, or untethered?

Maybe your spirit has been moving too fast, or maybe the heaviness of life has pulled you down.

You’re not alone.

Come slow down with us—step into the quiet rhythm of the earth and remember what it feels like to be rooted.

~~~~~~~~~
In this immersive 3-hour art therapy workshop, we’ll begin with a guided meditation on the turning of the seasons—an invitation to honor cycles of change, growth, and release.
Then we’ll take a short, mindful walk outdoors to gather natural materials—fallen leaves, seeds, petals, twigs—gifts from the world around us. Back in the studio, you’ll create a personal mandala on a wooden plaque, arranging found and dried botanicals into a design that reflects your inner landscape.
This isn’t about making something perfect. It’s about presence. About listening. About creating beauty from what is already here.
We’ll close our time together by joining our individual expressions into one collective, temporary group mandala—an offering of impermanence, connection, and shared creativity.
No art experience needed. Just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
What to Expect:
  • Guided meditation to ground in seasonal cycles
  • Short mindfulness walk to collect natural materials
  • Personal mandala-making with wood plaques, dried flowers, and found items
  • Supportive sharing circle
  • Closing ritual: creating a group mandala together
