Emotional Expression & Vulnerability (Men's Group)

  • HeARTS for Hope Therapy 15 Wellington Avenue, Suite C Greenville, SC, 29609 United States (map)

This emotional wellness workshop is a supportive space for men to explore what it means to practice vulnerability while learning how to express their emotions.

Expression of feelings and vulnerability are deeply connected because both involve allowing others to see your inner experience rather than keeping it hidden.

Through guided discussions, reflective exercises, and practical tools, you will learn how to better express your feelings, communicate honestly, and move beyond the pressure to ‘hold it all together.’

In this therapist-led workshop, men are supported by other men throughout the process, creating a sense of shared understanding and trust that makes emotional expression and vulnerability feel safer and more attainable.

Whether you’re new to emotional work or looking to deepen your personal growth, this experience encourages men to show up fully; for themselves, and for the relationships that matter most.

No prior experience is required, just a willingness to listen, learn, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversation in a respectful, judgment-free environment.
