Confidence & Creativity Club
A Self-Esteem Workshop for Teens
What if confidence wasn’t about being perfect… but about actually feeling comfortable being you?
This isn’t your typical art class. It’s a chill, creative space where middle schoolers can make art, express themselves, and connect with other teens—without pressure, competition, or needing to “be good” at art.
Through fun, guided art activities (seriously, no art skills needed), teens will get to experiment, create, and explore who they are in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Together, we’ll:
Quiet the inner critic and perfectionism
Explore identity, emotions, and self-expression
Build confidence through creativity
Connect with other teens in a real, supportive space
Learn that there’s no “right” way to create
Perfect for teens who are:
Overthinking everything
Hard on themselves
Figuring out friendships or identity
Feeling stressed, anxious, or not “enough”
Or just love art and want a place to create freely
All art supplies included — just bring yourself!
This group gives teens a space where they don’t have to perform, impress anyone, or have it all figured out. They can just show up, create, connect, and be themselves.
This therapeutic, creativity-based group is designed to help teens feel more confident, more connected, and more at home in who they are.
Spots are intentionally limited to 8 participants to keep the group supportive and personalized.
Facilitated by Board-Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, Jaclyn Lenz, LPC-S, ATR-BC.
