Free Weekly Meditation Group
This weekly gathering offers 20 minutes to pause, settle, and reconnect.
In times of uncertainty, noise, and collective overwhelm, it’s easy to feel untethered from ourselves, from one another, and from any sense of inner steadiness.
This weekly gathering is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the quiet place within you that still knows how to breathe, soften, and just be.
Together, we enter into shared silence, a space for collective grounding, co-regulation, and gentle restoration.
From a nervous system perspective: Intentional stillness and presence support regulation, clarity, and resilience.
From a spiritual perspective: Silence can be a doorway into connection, meaning, and something larger than ourselves.
Both are welcome here.
How You Might Use This Time
There is no single “right” way to be in this space.
You are welcome to:
Sit in meditation
Rest and breathe
Engage in silent prayer or reflection
Simply be present with your body and inner experience
Whether you come seeking calm, clarity, connection, or simply a pause, this space will meet you where you are.
The Power of Shared Silence
Something shifts when we come together in shared presence. We are wired for connection, even in silence.
There is something deeply supportive about being in a room where others are also choosing to slow down, where the nervous system can begin to settle, where the body can soften its guard, and where presence becomes something we co-create.
This is a space to unclench, unwind, and remember.
